How protective is the case?

Our cases offer superior double-layer phone protection, but in saying that, we don’t recommend testing them from a rooftop. They are designed to protect your phone against everyday knocks and drops. Don’t worry, our tougher armoured cases aren’t that bulky.

I would love to make a product with my own special design, can you help?

We sure can, simply send your image to support@ikivvi.com. We will design it for you.

What are your phone cases made of?

We use a patented 3D printing process, the design is embedded into the layers of the tough plastic polycarbonate case . Plus the high gloss cases give a vibrant photographic finish that won't fade or rub off. We've got you covered.

Are your phone cases a Matte or Gloss finish?

Our custom case feature allows you to choose ‘Gloss’ or ‘Matte’. Please note that the finish will have an effect on the colour representation. You can also shop our curated ‘Matte’ phone case collection if you are looking for something more subtle.

The color on my case doesn’t match what I designed exactly on the Custom Feature, what do I do?

Each case varies slightly due to the unique made to order process. There will always be a slight variation on color from screen to printed product. Your screen illuminates colors which means they will appear brighter and less saturated than when printed. Please allow for 5-8% in variance, should it be more than this, kindly reach out to support@ikivvi.com and our customer support team can help sort out the issue.

I re-ordered the same product, but the color isn’t the same?

Each time we make one of our cases and tech accessories the color might vary slightly due to the unique made to order process. There are a lot of factors in the printing process of a made-to-order product that can have slight variances in the end results: such as the heat of the machine, the inks that were used that month vs the time previously purchased, and even the time of day. The only way to get consistent color is to bulk produce which creates unnecessary waste.

Allow for 5-8% in color variance between colors. If you see significant variances kindly contact us and our team will be in touch to help with your order.

How long does it take to print my new phone case or tech accessory?

Please allow for 3-5 business days for production as we proudly practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated. Kindly note express shipping does not mean express production and that the day it was placed does not count in the production days.

Have you printed my order yet?

Please note that all orders will take 3-5 business days to process prior to shipping to your address, regardless of the shipping method selected. Express shipping does not mean express production. Our team prints orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Agh! I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

No worries. Just email us directly at support@ikivvi.com within 12 hours of ordering and we can make the changes. 

What’s the go with returns?

Not feeling it? We've got you. We will happily replace, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding all personalized custom products which are final sale). Please send us an email and we will let you know the process to send back to our office. You can also check out our return pages for more info. 

How can I pay?

You can use PayPal (available now) or your Credit Card (we will support Visa, Mastercard soon). If you have suggested payment method need us to support, please contact us at support@ikivvi.com.

Shipping times are on top of our internal production times. Once shipped, standard shipping (non-tracked), please allow for 7-12 business days. Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number and logistic website ( https://www.usps.com/) . You can paste the tracking number into the search bar to track the latest delivery record.

Please allow 48 to 72 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.

Will there be any customs fees or taxes?

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Usually we cover the tax costs for you. Normally, you will not be charged since we will take care of it for you. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the EU.
